POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage the internal project schedule and ensure departmental resources are allocated to meet the project timeline. Work cross functionally with all Operations Departments (processing, production, materials management, inventory control, facilities, and distribution) ensuring each area is meeting project goals set by department. l and company leadership. Assist with design project activities range from internal project work groups to client-facing communications to working with all departments to assigning resources and achieve the project goals.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

ESENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work cross functionally with all Operations Departments (processing, production, materials management, inventory control, facilities, and distribution) ensuring each area is meeting project goals set by departmental and company leadership.
- Develop internal project plans and schedules. Manage the internal project schedule and ensure departmental resources are allocated to meet the project timeline.
- Assist with design project activities range from internal project work groups to client-facing communications to working with all departments to assigning resources and achieve the project goals.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the project will be developed and monitored.
- Develop project related budget information and provide status reports to applicable department heads.
- Arrange the procurement of project related equipment, services, materials, and products necessary for all related projects.
- Provide data collection, analysis, and reports for internal and external projects. Assign responsibility to respective departments and aid with all tasks for project completion.
- Communication and coordination of necessary activities between all functional areas within the organization: Donor Services, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Prior experience with budgeting and business plan development is preferred.
- Expressed knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and manufacturing.
- Proven ability to plan and manage projects and/or process changes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure; exceptional time management skills, ability to negotiate with both internal and external customers.
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.
- Strong working knowledge of data collection, analysis, and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., Sage X3, ERP, CRM, Monday.com)
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or another related manufacturing field.
- 3 years of experience in a project based role within a manufacturing environment (project / product development, process implementation, etc.,). Prior tissue banking and/or medical device experience preferred.
- Project management certifications or certifications in specific project management methodologies preferred.
- Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, demonstrated use of sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally to successfully resolve people/business issues.
- Proficient computer skills; to include MS Office Suite (Office 365) and ERP software.
- Prefer knowledge and understanding of Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Tissue Practice (GTP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) regulations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMAND:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
